What to Expect Each Week:
• 30 min Nutrition Education: Yogic and holistic nutrition themes
• 30 min Power Yoga: Movement that complements the nutrition focus
Week 2: Seasonal Eating & Whole Foods
• Nutrition: Ayurvedic seasonal eating and digestion-friendly swaps
• Yoga: Energizing flow to support seasonal transitions
Location: Soul Shine Yoga Studio – 2nd Floor, Stockert Youth & Community Center
When: Every Monday in January (Starting January 5th)
Time: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Investment: $50 for the full 4-week series (Prepaid, No refund will be issued unless the host cancels the event.)
Please note: This is a full-series experience designed to build week by week. To honor the integrity of the program and group energy, individual sessions are not available for drop-in.
